The phone version is great for uploading my own images to cut but besides that, it’s always been glitchy and slow to load. And the years I’ve had this I’ve never been able to press “make it” and have a screen actually show up to make it work. That final and most important step I’ve always switched to my computer for and just accepted the phone version doesn’t do that even though that’s the whole point of the app. Well now the computer version isn’t opening at all and I’ve spent all day trying to reinstall it to troubleshoot and the download link page doesn’t even show up on my computer for som

Honestly I love this app, I really do. However I had to delete it for storage sake and I thought that the fact that I had signed in with my Google account would save my progress. I reinstalled the app today and logged in with the same Google account but it's basically like I just got the app brand new. Everything is gone. Please please please find some easier way to save progress, because the usernames and passwords are absolutely ridiculous. Who needs that many numbers and letters? Not that it matters, because I'm using the same device and couldn't send myself the things I need to restore my
