Annnoyedd........

Ever since 2023 Careem has been excellent, but recently for the past 6 orders there's been a consistent issue with ordering food where it either comes crushed, gives me the wrong items, comes an hour or two late, or just doesn't deliver the food at all. Thankfully Careem does assist by refunding or sending tokens of apology but it's becoming a nuisance to have to wait 3-5 hours for cold crushed food that I was told would get here within an hour, extremely disappointing.
