I subscribed for the regular plan that was discounted, but the page tricked me to getting a coach included (which I didn’t need) and took extra money! I’ve been asking for a refund from the moment I realized it, the very same day. But they say their money back policy doesn’t apply to this case. I told them that I want to cancel only the coaching part of the subscription and not the regular workouts, but they still didn’t refund my amount. Very upsetting!
