They changed to a support system that looks more like a scam. If a food doesn’t come at all and you report it and send pictures and send all proof necessary. Before it was an immediate credits refund. NOW they tell you “You’ll receive it in 48h”, they never give you back. They also close the conversation so you can’t reach out about the problem. Their help center is basically a doc with typical situations explanation but NO way to reach out to support and contact an agent. So they never give money back (not even in credits form) and basically I can call it a scam now.
