Hopefully this is a warning for other parents; I had paid for months for the school app only and then through the app upgraded to the unlimited plan. I was then charged for both the school app AND unlimited plan for months. Once I realized I canceled the school app plan, because the school app is in the unlimited apps. Now that I’ve done that I’m no longer able to access any of the school app activities and it does not recognize my subscription. I’ve canceled and resubscribed, I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded and it makes no difference. Now I’m paying for things I AM NOT AT ALL RECEIVING and
