After a finish my ride I find out that driver charges me 5 times more than it was mentioning in the begging. Than I contacted a costumer service, but they tell me that they can’t do anything after drivers and the trip. So I have a question: how I can predict how much you will charge me if in the beginning you mention one price and then you change it 5 times more. When you try to contact costumer services to all your questions they will copy/paste same message, that they can’t help after trips end. Worst taxi app better use bolt or uber in Middle East.
