Angry customer X2

I was very disappointed to find that choosing the "Pay Later" option on Agoda resulted in an additional 5% charge. This fee was not clearly communicated upfront, and it feels misleading to present it as a flexible payment option when it actually costs more. Transparency is important, and I hope Agoda improves how this is disclosed to customers in the future.
