Dear Careem I hate to put one star here since I really enjoy the food delivery and car ride service you provide. However, when it comes to order food I could never find a proper place to express my will that I DONT WANT ONE TIME use cutlery which is the least thing you can provide for customer to join our force to help sustainability. (There is only message for riders which they never read and don’t care) May I suggest to provide a comment or leave a message section on your platform for restaurants to let the restaurant know that consumer doesn’t want one time use cutlery.
