I’ve been going back and forth on quitting and I got this app for support, even though I haven’t fully quit yet (my fiancé vapes) it’s been really helpful with the motivation of people’s journeys, the badges and seeing the timer helps a lot! Every time I think about hitting his vape I look at the timer and I think “I would have to start over” and then I don’t do it. This is my third time trying to stay consistent, it’s only been 1 day but, I’m hoping 3rd time’s a charm 😂
