They charge you randomly for everything . I used like 10-20 taxis while in dubai and the always charge 3-4x the amount the app says and you have to wait days so you can get your money back . In the end they owned my couple hundred dirhams. I had to check and count 10-20 cashbacks . I was writing them daily to transfer my own money back
