The hatch is amazing, the app is amazing. We love it and have bought one for every room in our house. The one thing I HATE is the fact that the customer service for Hatch needs help. Why attach the hatch to a device so that the customer cannot remove the association to the device without emailing the customer service. When I reset the device I should have the opportunity to reconnect to it without having to contact customer service and waiting 24-48 hours for help for them to remove the association to the device. No phone number to call customer service, messaging is only AI Bot. The bot
