TLDR: Bad service, insufficient information provided prior to booking, location based services inaccurate, suggestion-based algorithm flawed. This was an expensive mistake and we will not use this service again. The booking (Sirmione at sunset) was set to meet in an area that we had no way to get to or back from (literally NO taxi available within 4+ hours to get there OR back (called 4 companies and had our hotel call taxis services as well) without any availability, no ferry OR buses available on the way back because the cruise ends too late (last ferry at 1835 and last bus at 1935).
