I don’t usually leave reviews but was really super pleased with their customer service. I accidentally forgot to cancel my 7 day subscription (because I had to log in on a web browser even though I had upgraded to plus on the app so not sure why it wasn’t available to manage directly in my iPhone subscriptions as instructed by the app itself) and was refunded without any hassle when I asked. As someone that lives in London, I don’t have much use for the app and really only intended to use it for one day so I was super relieved and grateful to not have to cover that expense!!
