They should tell you before purchasing in clear way that it needs validation and residential ID. You will buy and then they may refuse you ID and address and you pay for nothing

No cancellation while eligible and fake support
I have a hotel reservation via Agoda and I am eligible to cancel it on before 15 December 2021. When I tried to cancel it the fake support told me could not cancel the reservation
That was so bad and unprofessional and not honest with your clients
