I can’t login into my account, it says you have registered on another account, I only have one device registered in my account, and the loading takes too long.

When I get out of the plane the game crashes out and it kicks me out of the app

I transferred my account to new device and lost all my dragon stones!!!! WHY?!!! I spent alot of time grinding stones it was 250 stone (f2p) pls tell me i can have it back pls
