I ordered items in total of $2100 with 45% reward, with not written limit (later I got another offer with max $1000 rewards), I reached out to support after I got only $250, they advise to wait and not return as it takes time to update. After the return period ended, they told me the limit was $250 and ask for screenshots to show there was not written limit. I sent everything, they ignore it and said the limit is $250 and close the case. My advice, if you don’t get the written reward, return items immediately.
