I’ve used White Noise every night for years. I change my sound occasionally, but have my favorites to choose from. I enjoy listening to new sounds available from the market and will add one every once in awhile. It helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I’ve set a timer so it shuts off after a couple of hours. I wouldn’t want to try sleeping without White Noise.
