App Support is non-existent. There’s no mention of contacting them through the App, so I came back here and I clicked App Support and went to their website. Once there, I found no direct info about Frost or a link for assistance. In fact, their site just talks about how great their games are and how Apple gave them an award. Apparently whoever gave them an award never played this start to finish, because if they had - perhaps they wouldn’t feel so warm and fuzzy about the Developers.
