I had weird experience to your app, I have been using your app for quite some time, was creating flashcards and all, but got limitation during my quiz time, and then there’s a pop-up reminder that I need to upgrade to subscription plus, I was convince and paid my first monthly subscription. Unfortunately, I wasn’t log in all along, how come that you don’t have a feature that I need to log in first before subscribing to your app? All my flashcards were gone and the subscription I paid was in the unknown account.
