Terrible app. I have change my phone and forgot my password and I am trying to recuperate it but I don’t receive any email or sms.Tried even to make a new account,with another email address..still nothing.My hoover is garbage without the app.Has no other way to connect him.In the past even with the password sometimes he need it 1 hour to connect.
