I played the game and bought premium for the month of april and it was fun. Its now may and I got charged for premium again, I tried to cancel my membership before hand but it was genuinely so difficult to do and I was busy so I tried to get a refund. It is impossible to request a refund, they have no service line to call and when you message them on instagram or email, you get an automated ai response. Even paddle makes it difficult to request a refund. Still trying to get it by the way, all these extra steps for no reason like just give me my refund. Get a better customer service support!!!!
