The app is great, help out is equal to almost zero from support team. We had a bus at 10:55 from Bologna to Florence and 30 min before leaving we had informed that the departe is delayed 1h:10min. There was another bus leaving at 10:45, I contacted support to change the bus, but they said they could not do that even though change was possible in app, of course with extra charge (paying again the tickets). You don’t have a problem taking money from people but why they need help you say that nothing can be done. Not cool!!!
