Theres an ad with EVERY SINGLE patient and extra ads on top of that. I’ve played much better games that don’t rely this heavily on ads. Either make the game worth the ads or come up with a better business plan that doesn’t rely on ads for income so much. I’m not giving one star only because the game COULD be good and really satisfying.
