Huckleberry is a good app overall, but I had a disappointing experience with the subscription process. A few months ago, I started a free trial and still had several days left when I decided to subscribe. Instead of letting me use the remaining trial days, the app immediately switched me to the paid plan and essentially erased the free days I still had. I reached out to their support team about this issue, but unfortunately I never received a response. I like the app itself, but this experience left me frustrated and made me feel a bit misled.

I canceled my subscription due to payment option change! I talked to their support and was told I can do it. But the charge was from my old bank card which is I AM NOT OKAY WITH! I said it’s quite important, now I want my refund!
