I’ve had several issues with this app. One is that my order was delivered continually to my neighbor even after putting very specific instructions saying where my house is located. Another is the drivers not following instructions. I had a delivery at 10 at night while my roommates were in bed. I put very specific instructions, in all caps, not to ring the doorbell. What happens? They ring the doorbell. At 10 at night. The final straw just happened today. I’ve ordered three different times from a specific restaurant. All three orders were canceled due to the store apparently being closed. The
