This VPN betrays me all the time. It shows, connected but after I open application in the same time, “disconnected”. The VPN can disconnect itself after 10 seconds. What is the problem with this service?

Very slow, so slow that it takes about 5 - 6 minutes to open this VPN application. Impossible to watch YouTube because video always stops when I use this VPN service.
