I had booked a car rent together with my plane ticket through RyanAir’s app and paid in advance for 7 days.
Unfortunately, after missing my flight and booking a new one (at my own expense, of course), I wanted to move the pick-up time for the car as well, thinking I paid for it so it’s not a problem.
WRONG.
Huge problem.
If you don’t pick the car you rented using their app on time, you get:
-No car
-No refund
-No support from RyanAir
-No support from the car rental company, as you didn’t book through them directly, but through RyanAir
