Their review feature just isn’t working lately. That didn’t used to be an issue. Their app also had an issue where it would multiply orders. When I brought this to their attention two separate times both times I was blamed for it happening instead of them recognizing their app was having issues at the time. I like purina’s foods but their app needs work and if you tell them it needs work it’s suddenly your fault it’s working improperly.
