EDIT: like 5-7 years later got this game again. Played nonstop beat it in 7 hours - maxed stats, 999 research points, beat Kairoland track, have 2 kairo kars. Game was too addictive so deleted it lol. But super fun and very well made. I love how much detail Kairo put into this. I mean they have successfully reached the hardcore race-fan crowd with this. Even in the animations during racing, the more you train your drivers the cleaner the apexes they take and the more they go WOT. Also the names are a hoot and cleverly done, like "Ireton Cena", "S. Bettel", "Lou Hampton", and the game
