I do not recommend using Vinted for expensive items, either as a buyer or as a seller. As a buyer, I purchased a bag advertised as 100% genuine and made of real leather. After receiving it, I paid for an independent authentication check and received official confirmation that the bag was counterfeit. I reported the seller and provided the evidence, but Vinted replied that they did not see anything violating their rules and refused to help.
