For years I’ve had a wonderful time with Airbnb. Had no issues and every host were attentive and amazing. Went on a trip recently and rented a stay for 1 night and am being charged for an item that was broken from either the previous renter or normal wear and tear. Air bnb support and the host are claiming I’m at fault when I most definitely am not. The hosts amenities weren’t available even though they said they were and there was trash, beer cans, and dog droppings in the yard. I didn’t request for a refund or anything and was okay with paying for a rental that I basically didn’t receive. It
