Dear team, we are experiencing several times now problems with your delivery riders e. g. Massive delay, driver without any movement on the app, bad experience with your hotline in order to resolve the problems. We initially thought to pay a bit more in comparison to the competition to get better service but we have to rethink this decision after the latest experiences.
