Do not trust this app with large purchases. I accumulated $1,600 in legitimately earned shopping rewards. With zero warning, Capital One Shopping abruptly terminated my account and erased my entire balance. They used a baseless, automated accusation of "reseller behavior" as an excuse, which is entirely false—all my purchases were for personal use. Customer service ("Amanda") refused to review my receipts or provide any proof, hiding behind a vague Terms of Service clause to seize my money.
