I accidentally subscribed to this app and tried to cancel the subscription immediately. According to their own policy, if you cancel within 14 days you are supposed to receive a refund. However, the app would not let me cancel, and despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I still have not received any response. They have already deducted $180 from my account, and I’m still unable to cancel or get any help. This is extremely frustrating and feels very unfair. I’ve waited patiently, followed all the steps, and there is still no solution. I really hope the team sees this and act
