Request for Refund
I was charged today without any prior notice, even though I only signed up for the free trial three months ago. I also double-checked my Apple subscriptions and the app is not even listed there, which makes the charge even more confusing.
I have already emailed the BetterMe support team requesting a refund immediately after seeing the charge. I sincerely hope this concern does not go unnoticed and that it can be resolved promptly.
Hoping for your favorable action and a refund of the fee charged.
