I owned a number of emojis that I either purchased or earned, but suddenly they disappeared from my account. What’s worse is that during an in-app event, those same emojis were shown as if I owned them — which confirms this is likely an issue from the app’s side. After I submitted feedback about the problem, instead of fixing it or even responding, they removed the indication that I owned those emojis entirely. No explanation, no support, nothing.
