Instructions for pickup are completely incorrect and/or misleading, specifically for Washington DC. They explicitly say to wait in a specific line and the staff will come get you when the bus is there. Neither is true, you have to wait next to where the buses come in and no staff will come get you when the bus arrives. The bus can also be early or park in a wrong location and then leave without you, speaking from experience. My biggest lesson learned is to not follow the instructions they give you. Wish they could have a notification that a bus has arrived is is about to leave. Doesn’t seem l
