I’ve been enjoying family island so much and been encouraging family and friends to download it and play it, I complete usually tasks in the mail in the game and one of the tasks was to download my cafe, reach lvl 7 and join a town clan or something .. I did downloaded the game from the link, accomplished everything but didn’t got the 100 rubies as promised .. had to do this 10 times over and over but nothing happens still and then I contacted the support in family island and told them, they asked for my cafe ID and when they checked they said I didn’t complete the requirements which is silly
