I’m in China and I quit using another very good VPN application because they do not have subscription through App Store and I installed this VPN Shield app. I spent 3 hours trying to make it work but even after took money from my account still said is trial and I cannot use it. I spent another 2 hours on the Apple customer service and they refused to refund the money and asked me to contact the app developer.
