If you're from the Philippines, DO NOT enable the 2 factor authentication because their OTP is buggy. Based on online posts, it seems to be happening mostly in Philippines and Egypt. This has been happening for more than a year now to hundreds of users but there hasn't been any help articles about it in their website. Nothing has been done on their end to fix this.
