I am a super host for over 2 years now and you have 3 Major issues (The first one is why you getting a 1 star review) 1- Your new Ai removal system is beyond stupid and injustice ! I had more than 70 reviews over 2 years and it’s all 5 star review but now after your new AI removal system i had multiple guests who lied and gives a bad review just to get some money back from the host to remove his review ! even tho multiple times i proven that the guest was lying with time stamps and receipts of cleaning companies and with a spotless record of great reviews and even tho the guest had bad review
