ATT Uverse User

I have used this app for years. After a couple of years using the free version, I purchased the full version on December 1, 2018. I have used this app. My doctors have recommended it to others patients after they saw the reports and history the app provided by me simply recording my bp into the app. However, it is suddenly telling me that I have to repurchase the app even after I hit the “restore” button. I pulled my info from Apple and it shows my purchase on the above date. I shouldn’t have to repurchase something I already paid for.
