I have tried your CAREEM app and other competitor yesterday on my other device at the same time from the starting point to the same destination at the same time (Apple to Apple), luckily I got the same captains who started the journey to reach me. They were on the same road and just 2 to 5 meters away. Your captain took around 45 minutes trying to reach me while your compatriots captain took 10 minutes until he reached me. I believe that you need to review who should stay as careem captains and who is not .
