Very disappointing experience with Moniepoint. I made a prepaid meter recharge, my account was debited, but no token was sent. It has been over 72 hours and there is still no refund. This is not even the first time this has happened. Customer support keeps sending automated responses saying they are “working on it” with no actual resolution. Meanwhile, my money is being held without any explanation. This app is becoming unreliable, especially for important transactions. I strongly advise others to be careful when using it.
