In my entire life i never a bad customer service like this. I call to make change on the ticket they ask me to calm the airline that i by the ticket with them At the end ask me to cancel the booking for an extra charge i had to pay upfront, the part that really get me upset its when i finally pay to cancel the ticket and they were not able to get a comfirmation email, the agent “check with your booking number you will see it” when i check its still not cancelled, i will never ever go through that again
