I’ve had it for years; it’s exceptionally accurate. I was very surprised. It saved me a lot out in public or when my HR finger monitor broke. I only have to put one finger on one camera lens, which others have said they needed to use two fingers (?). It's not the same for me, but it might be because I have an i13. (I say “nearly flawless” because I’m not a doctor, but it matches the HR of all the other equipment I own).
