I have written multiple messages to this company regarding their App with no acknowledgment of problems. So I am disclosing them here. I made two FlixBus reservations last week taking me from Napoli to Pompeii and back again. The FlixBus App provided a map and location pick up for the bus that was in fact completely inaccurate because a partner bus line was being used, not FlixBus. Because of this, I missed two sets of buses and missed my tour in Pompeii.
