Obviously the clothing is low quality given the pricing, but the worst part about ASOS is the customer service — or lack thereof. I’ve had an issue with them where my card had to be replaced and I was owed a refund to that card, which I ultimately never received even after trying to solve the problem with their “support” team. Now I’ve run into a technical issue with their website 1) crashing when I try to remove my old shipping address and 2) invisibly swapping my shipping address to the old one when I could very clearly see during the order that I selected my current address.
