AI destroys

I have been using pinterest for 10 years now and have had absolutely no issues until recently. Since their decision to replace their perfectly fine moderation team with AI, there has been an influx of accounts being suspended or banned for no real reason. AI now also provides customer service so when users appeal they get no response or are permanently banned. Even there social media platforms like Twitter have been replaced with an AI bot that does not read dms or respond to questions. I have since avoided using the platform out of fear that my account will be wrongfully suspended or banned.
