The app its self is great, easy to trade on and user friendly. The bad thing I’ve experienced is the bitcoin incentive. When going through this process I bought the required amount of crypto after creating my account. I did not get anything saying that the incentive was denied or had successfully gone through. Support tried to tell me that I had not made an account, then when I showed them proof said that I had not verified my account.
